DFW AI Competition Kickoff & Keynote

Dr. Yu Meng delivered a keynote speech titled "From Executor to Innovator: Cultivating a New Mindset for the Era of Intelligent Agents” at the Dallas-Fort Worth IT Association. It was held in Harrington Library in Plano, Texas on May 11th, broadcasting online for hundreds of audiences across the country.

The DFW AI Competition is a regional event in the Dallas–Fort Worth area that promotes innovation in artificial intelligence by engaging students, startups, and professionals in developing real-world AI solutions. Supported by a vibrant local AI ecosystem—including groups like Dallas AI, the University of Texas at Dallas's Week of AI, and Convergence AI Dallas—the competition reflects the region’s growing role as a hub for AI education, research, and industry collaboration.
